Sara is amazing! Great energy, patient, and provided clear direction during class. I feel I was SO spoiled learning from such an amazing instructor. You must join you will not regret!

I just moved down to Dana Point and found Sara's class by chance. I have always preferred reformer pilates to mat, so that's what I was initially looking for. I tried a couple classes before committing and fell in love with Sara's technique and the women that attend! Each class varies so you're not getting the same workout every time and she offers an array of classes to target different areas of the body; 'booty extreme,' 'cardio jump,' 'traditional reformer,' etc. I typically go 4x/week and already feel so much stronger after a two months. If you're new to Pilates, I suggest signing up for a couple private classes to learn proper form, breathing techniques, etc., before jumping right in. I think you'll get a better experience that way.

I really enjoy classes in this studio. Sarah's super friendly and her classes definitely kick my booty every single time. I like vibe and the atmosphere of the studio as a whole. Five stars

I have never tried Pilates before, so I thought I would give it a try when I found this place on Groupon. And I love it!! The studio is a nice place and Sara is so friendly, helpful and interested in her clients. I highly recommend this Pilates studio!

This is such an amazing Pilates studio! Sara has so many different types of exercises that you never get bored. She will customize workouts per your request and she is very instructive. I love the class size (small) so you get so much personalized attention. I look forward to every class! 100% recommend Sara!

I have been coming to Sara's studio for a little over 3 years, I love love love how she teaches. For a little while I was using class pass and tried out some other studios, True Pilates OC is definitely my favorite. Some of the instructors at other studios were so focused on correcting my form that I left classes without having felt like I got a workout. If you're into having your form perfected on every move, True Pilates OC might not be the right fit. Though, you'd definitely still enjoy yourself. Of course if you're new to pilates she will help you learn the form so that you understand the basics and feel comfortable on your own. All in all, if you're looking to get your butt kicked and a fun environment with great music, this is your studio. Sara is super personal and makes everyone feel welcome. I could go on and on! Clean, friendly, great equipment, water and towels provided. Just great all around.

Awesome classes with lots of variety! Sara is a great instructor and her classes are always fun and a good workout. The studio is cute with twinkle lights and in such a great spot off of PCH. My first time doing pilates on the reformer was here back in February and I've been obsessed ever since. Sara made sure I was comfortable on the machine and helped walk me through the different exercises. I had always had a hard time toning and gaining muscle. Since taking these classes I've noticed a lot of results! Definitely recommend True Pilates OC.

Ok...saw a Groupon for this place ...finally purchased it with no expectations and...IT WAS AMAZING! Sara is personable and health minded with a hard core focus on proper use of equipment. I hadn't done a Pilates class in over 5 years and she was patient and calm. I haven't checked the actual sign up prices yet bc I have 7 sessions left, but I'm sure it's worth every dime ! PS: the studio is SUPER clean which is a big deal to me.

I was referred to True Pilates OC by a friend last summer and I have been a regular ever since. I absolutely love this place. I had been to other pilates studios and often found the atmosphere and experience intimidating. Not here. Sara is warm and welcoming to everyone and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love True Pilates OC! I have been to many Pilates reformer gyms, and Sara is a great teacher. She is very likable and personable, and her classes kick your booty! The class size is pretty small as compared to some other gyms and as such you really get a more personal experience. Very convenient location as well with sufficient parking. I would highly recommend Sara if you're looking for a good and fun Pilates workout.

I needed to find a new pilates studio closer to home and was trying to find a megareformer studio, but I came across Sara's studio instead where she uses the traditional reformer. I am hooked! After only a few classes, I have gotten more of a workout than I did with the megareformer and actually feel a change in my body. She makes each workout so fun to go to, and puts her unique spin on pilates. I also appreciate that she asks her clients what we want to focus on, so she tailors the workouts to her client's needs. I love her jump classes because she puts on the disco ball and we have an absolute 'ball' working out every time!
